Return Policy
Effective May 1st, 2020
In the event you are not satisfied with your direct purchase we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee less the original shipping fee. If you wish to return a product please email us at customerservice@elac.us or call us at 714-252-8843 during business hours. Please be prepared to provide us with your order number. A return authorization number will be issued when your return is approved. No returns will be accepted without a RA number.
Restrictions, Limitation & Exclusions:
All products must be returned in the original box in like-new condition with all original accessories. Items returned missing the original box or accessories will be assessed a 15% restocking fee as a condition of the return. Items that are returned in damaged or abused condition will be refused.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend shipping via FedEx or UPS. ELAC Americas Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged products that are shipped by the customer. Purchasing insurance from the carrier of your choice for your return shipment is recommended.
Return shipping charges will be covered by ELAC Americas Inc. for defective or damaged products during the 30-day guarantee period only.
Once a product has been returned a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
